Conversion of former Howard Cottage Housing Association offices to Tri Sports specialising in cycling and outdoor pursuits.

Extensive alterations were required internally to create large open plan areas. Airconditioning was installed to all floors and a complete
shop fit out with new shop front was completed. Retail space and repair workshop were provided over 2 floors.
