In this specialist area we work closely with Clients, the Court of Protection and Care Team to alter and adapt homes so they continue to be enjoyed completely unchallenged.

During litigation we look at the existing property to see what can be achieved with simple adaptions but also looking to future proof their property
to save on costly adaptions again at a later stage.

New properties are also assessed where all the clients needs can be fully met in a bespoke solution.

A home is our biggest assest and working with Deputies we carryout planned maintenance inspections to ensure the property is well maintained.
