Area permission was granted for 12 units comprising of 2No 3 Bed houses to the rear and 10No 1 and 2 bedroom apartments to the front with private and communal
garden space between the blocks.

The scheme features standing seam mansard roofs with the flat roof area used for PV panels. The scheme is nearing completion and we are looking forward to
