Complete refurbishment, restoration and conversion of the former Post Office located in the heart of Letchworth Garden City.

Demolition of the rear sorting office allowed for construction of a new stair core serving the 6 no 2 bedroom apartments on first and second floor.

A new office suite with Client interview rooms and record storage was created on the ground floor. Replacement of the Crittal windows, new roof,
brick and stone work repairs gave this building a much needed facelift.
