Located close to Borough Market and London Bridge this project involved a complex and substantial extension to construct 3 floors additional floors
on to the existing building with a stepped rear extension over 7 floors.

Commercial space was provided on the ground and first floors with 6 apartments on the upper floors and a duplex penthouse spanning the
5th and 6th Floors. Large areas of glazing and private terrace areas provided views of the Shard and the London skyline beyond.

Technical solutions were driven by the limited access and storage on the site.
